Kid leaves his manor, which Izzie moved into (<3), and walks into Ponyville. He sees Shadow flying past, and she notices this dark colored pony walking out of such an expensive looking manor. (Kid's rich by the way)
"I wonder why she left? I had seen much worse in Death City." Kid said to himself, and continued to get some cupcakes, he wanted to make Izzie, who recently moved in, welcome.
Pink Spark saw Shadow in her usual Gotta-get-away-before-I-scare-anyone-else dash. She decided to go to Ponyville and see who she was running away from.
Pink landed, and Zecora called her over. "Have you heard? Lord Death's child has moved near Ponyville!" She stated in excitement. Pink had no idea who this guy was, so she just said, "Uh.. Cool. Nice. Thanks for the info." then trotted away after saying bye.
"Welcome to Ponyville! And yup, the bakery is right there." I pointed with my wing. "Mrs. and Mr. Cake own it, but Pinkie Pie's on her shift there right now. Also, I'm just warning you, she gets really excited when she sees a new face."
"Okay then, I'll make sure not to- Hold on a second." Kid replied. Without warning, he put his hooves into her mane, and fixed it where it was symmetrical. "That's better. Now your mane is symmetrical. Sorry about that." he said as he walked away.
"Um.. Thanks?" I called after him. Just then, Shadow landed awkwardly beside me. I gasped. "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR WINGS?!"
"Haters gonna hate." Was all she said. It seemed as if someone hated her that much... Pink shook her head slightly. "Come on, let's go home." Pink said to Shadow.
Kid tried not to freak out and tidy her mane, when Pinkie noticed she had never seen Kid before, and also that there were those rumors about the son of Death.. Pinkie gasped loudly. She ran out the door screaming "SON OF DEATH! SON OF DEATH! EEEEEEK!". "Miss, you forgot the pay." Kid said, bewildered. Pinkie zoomed back to the counter, swept up the bits, said "Have a nice day." and ran away again, screeing.
Pinkie raced over to Shadow and Pink Spark. She started talking in that fast voice where you couldn't understand a word. "Pinkie, slow down." Pink Spark said.
"I SAW.. THE SON.. OF.. DEATH! He had golden eyes, kinda orangey-yellow, a grey coat, his mane and tail were black with white stripes.. And his cutie mark was this circle, with three hollow black holes in it, like two eyes and a nose. And under it were three triangle cone thingies, like some sort of cartoon-y SKULL!" Said Pinkie, less fast that time.
Animals comes running out of her house towards the forest where she always loves to visit. She sees Pink, Shadow, and Kid. " Hi guys!" she cries out as she darts past in a blur.
Animals doesn't respond, for she has already galloped away deep into the forest. At the house, Grover comes walking out, sensing that Animals has gone away to the forest again. Luckily, he can track her since she's a Half - Blood, which he is, too. " Heh, once again, time to go and see if I can track her down and amush her this time. She usually catches me, but who knows? She may not notice me this time" . Grover starts tracking Animals, and soon enough he is deep into the forest, too.
Animals reaches the heart of the forest, where a huge waterfall is. The pond at the bottom is huge, too, with crystal clear freshwater. Little colorful fish swim in it. Flowers and other plants are everywhere, and wildlife flourishes greatly, even the rare pegawolf ( a white wolf with ice blue eyes and white celestial wings). Animals doesn't know that Grover is hiding in a flowery bush. Grover sneaks up on Animals. Animals's ears twitch, and right when Grover jumps, she moves away and he splashes into the water. Grover spits out water. " I can never seem to get you, and I probably never will, will I, Grover asks, laughing some. " It could happen, but I highly doubt it XD", Animals says. "Well, a guy can dream, can't he, Grover asks with a smile. " Yup", Animals laughs.
Shadow and Pink finally reached Night's home. "Hello," Night greeted them. "What brings you here?" "We decided to come see you, since you're only around during the nighttime." Pink answered. Pink then saw the first rays of the sun, and saw Night fading into invisibility. Pink sighed. She had just gotten here! "Goodbye Night," Shadow said to Night. "Goodbye." Night said back. Then she was gone. Pink and Shadow trotted home. On the way home...
Grover pulls Animals into the water and it becomes a play fight of who will stay above the water longer. We pull each other down, and whoever can stay up the longest within ten minutes wins. Ten minutes pass by. " Who won?" asks Animals. " I think it was a tie", says Grover. " Well, I guess we both win then" Animals says. " Yup, I guess s.. : Animals pulls Grover down into the water:. "THE WINNER!" Animals points to herself, laughing playfully. " Hey! " Grover says, laughing, too. He pulls Animals down and they start a major splashing fight. Later, when they finally stop, they come out of the water, dry off, and run out from the forest.
Raindrop had been watching intently as Pinkie Pie described the Son of Death. She usually didn't like to be nosy, but something told her this was important. She walked down the trail to PonyVille, the sunlight dancing on her back, and finally reached the green. Raindrop settled down in some tall grass to rest.
Animals and Grover start their run home, Animals leaving Grover in the dust, as usual. Once they got home, they just rested, doing their own thing. Animals decided to read, while Grover decided to test his own western skills. He takes out a lasso, and whirls it around. He ends up getting tangled up. " ANIMALS,HELP" Grover yells. Animals comes running outside to a tangled Grover in a lasso. " Oh Grover, you're too funny" Animals laughs as she untangled Grover. " I was testing my western skills, and I don't think I have any of those skills", Grover laughs. " Oh, don't be so hard on yourself Grover" Animals replies," there's probably something western in there, you just haven't found it quite yet". Grover smiles as he gets up. "Maybe, but at the moment, I don't feel that I do", Grover says. Animals nudges him on the shoulder and we go inside, Grover finding something else to do other than using a lasso.
As night falls, Animals and Grover get ready to enter their rooms. " Night Grover" Animals says. " Night Animals", Grover says. They give each other a hug and they go into their own rooms.
Kid and Izzie walked out next morning, just outside the gates of their manor. Suddenly, Izzie tackled Kid in one of her signature "Izzie Death Hugs", and only let go when he turned eggplant purple. "What was that for?!" Yelled Kid, only to be grabbed in another hug, though not as intense. They went out to get some breakfast, Kid has seen a breakfast cafe when he was out in Ponyville yesterday.
A few hours into the night, Animals wakes up. She gets a vision of a fox next to the Everfree forest in ropes. " A creature is in trouble" Animals mumbles to herself as she runs out of the house. She runs over to the spot she saw as fast as she could. There, she sees the poor fox tangled up. She uses her small sword she always brings to free animals to set the fox free. But then, she hears rustling in the bushes, and a horrifying figure comes out. " Why, hello" the figure says insanely. " Oh boy.. this can't be good.. not good AT ALL" Animals thinks to herself in fear.
" Why be scared, little one" The Insane Poacher says, " I'm only going to capture you AND TAKE YOU TO MY HOUSE!" Animals gets shoved into a cage. " HELP!" screams Animals. " SOMEPONY, ANYPONY, HELP!!!"
Kid was coming back from Ponyville, he had been out from insomnia, Izzie probably fast asleep at home. He saw a figure (Animals) running into the forest. He decided to follow her. Kid knew the forest was dangerous.
Grover wakes up in the middle of the night. He sniffs, and doesn't sense Animals around. He checks the time. " If she had an animal to save, she would usually be back by now", Grover thinks. Grover gasps, " there's something wrong". Grover jumps out of bed and gallops outside. He senses Animals's way. He follows the way and stops at the front of the Everfree forest. He sees three hoofprints. " Only three" Grover questions. Suddenly, his pupils turn small, " THE INSANE POACHER!". Grover runs to town to get help.
Grover, spazzed out of his wits, studders and cannot speak for a minute. " A-animals, I think.. got.. got..", Grover has a hard time speaking. " ANIMALS GOT CAPTURED BY THE INSANE PONY!" Grover's fear seems to spiral up and down in him, since he is jumping up and down like a sugar rushed kangaroo.
Out int he Everfree forest, Animals sits in a rusty old cage, trying to chew her way out. " Grr, these bars are way too rusty and hard, but not brittle enough to snap", Animals sighed. Hours have passed, and Animals was starting to get thirsty. Of course, The Insane Pony doesn't feed or water her poor animals. All around the house, there were animals in cages. From birds, to wolves, even the cocatrice. Thing is, there was something wrong with him. He wouldn't seem to open his eyes. SUddenly, sees a stone jar with two round things that seemed to be in it. " That's terrible" mumbles Animals to herself. " Well, she is insane, but that's just horrid to know that she popped his eyes out" Animals mumbles again. The Insane Pony walks in. " Why, hello little pony, I hope you enjoy my.. house.. hehe.." The Insane Pony says. " Once dawn breaks, I'll make sure you get a drink" The Insane Pony says. She points to a puddle of what looks like polluted water. " Poison" Animals mumbles to herself. " Oh, I hope help comes soon" Animals worries, fear spiraling through her back.
Grover and Night walk into the forest, the wind slow and quiet. Grover puts his head up and takes a good whiff of the air. " I sense her, we're getting close" Grover says. " I just hope she's alright, that's the only reason I was so spazzed an scared, but now, I'm focused", Grover says.
Back in The Insane Pony's worn down house, animals lays in cage. The Insane Pony fell asleep and is now snoring in a loud, insane, annoying way. Animals sighs, getting a little more nervous by the minute, and is way too alerted to sleep. " I seriously hope Grover brings help soon, maybe if there's more people, and I'm out ( duh) we can get rid of this Insane Pony once and for all" Animals mumbles to herself. Animals starts whipping up a plan for when is rescued, and she knows she will.
The Insane Pony just lays there, snoring like some lunatic weirdo. " Night" Animals whispers towards her. Don't wake her up, I have a plan. Get the key off of the chair. Grover rushes in. Animals's eyes brighten up. Grover runs to the cage. " Animals!" Grover says. " Shh, hi, I missed you so much" Animals replies.
"Oh. Sorry. I forgot that other ponies slept." Night noticed the sun's rays faintly showing. "We must hurry, or I'll fade away before Animals is free!" She grabbed the key, and opened the cage.
" Thanks so much guys." Animals says as they give them a hug. Grover gets a little overexcited and hugs me longer than Night. " Ok, well here's what we do, we shove The Insane Pony in this cage and Night will fly abive the middle of the Everfree forest, the most confusing and dangerous place in this forest. Night, you'll then drop her off right there. Be super careful though. When The Insane Pony wakes up, she'll have no idea where she is. She'll be gone for good." Animals says in excitement. " Grover and I will be here, and if you, Night aren't back soon, we'll do something, we promise. Or, if the sun's up, we'll know what had happened."
"Hmm.... that's a good question", Animals says softly. Animals looks around and sees some huge fuzzballs. " Aha! We can use these to plug her ears". Animals softly puts them into The Insane Pony's ears, and softly picks her up, rocking her back and fourth. " Ok, now Grover, carefully open it up", Animals whispers. "Ok", Grover whispers back. We get her in the cage with her still annoyingly snoring away.
Animals and Grover can hear The Insane Pony screeching from here, and they knew that she was in the middle of the forest, and since it's morning, Night had disappeared. " Night did it! When she reappears tonight we seriously need to thank her. None of this would've been possible without here." Animals says cheerfully. " Agreed" Grover says.
Princess Arctic looks sorrowfully at her empty kingdom. She hasn't spoken to anyone in countless years- definitely more than three thousand though. She remembers faintly, that one pony she saw about four thousand years ago, off in the distance- easily walking over the snow. Maybe she wasn't the only arctic pony in existence. She decided to go to temperate Equestria to find out.
Shadow flies into PonyVille, where many other ponies are.

Kid walked into Sugarcube Corner, and saw a young, pink, mare at the register. "Hello, I'd like to buy one dozen assorted cupcakes." Kid said.

ReplyDelete"Hmm.... that's a good question", Animals says softly. Animals looks around and sees some huge fuzzballs. " Aha! We can use these to plug her ears". Animals softly puts them into The Insane Pony's ears, and softly picks her up, rocking her back and fourth. " Ok, now Grover, carefully open it up", Animals whispers. "Ok", Grover whispers back. We get her in the cage with her still annoyingly snoring away.
DeleteNight notices herself becoming transparent. She quickly lifts off with the cage and starts flying toward the center of the forest.

She sets the cage down just as the sun rises. Night disappears before the Insane Pony sees her.
Animals and Grover can hear The Insane Pony screeching from here, and they knew that she was in the middle of the forest, and since it's morning, Night had disappeared. " Night did it! When she reappears tonight we seriously need to thank her. None of this would've been possible without here." Animals says cheerfully. " Agreed" Grover says.
ReplyDeletePrincess Arctic looks sorrowfully at her empty kingdom. She hasn't spoken to anyone in countless years- definitely more than three thousand though. She remembers faintly, that one pony she saw about four thousand years ago, off in the distance- easily walking over the snow. Maybe she wasn't the only arctic pony in existence.
